The following are the conditions for ticket sales, handling, and rules for spectating games and various events managed by the B.LEAGUE or B.Clubs.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions define the conditions for ticket sales, handling, and rules for spectating for ticket purchasers and those wishing to enter and watch games (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Users") managed by the Japan Professional Basketball League (hereinafter referred to as the "Corporation") (including cases where management rights are delegated to B.Clubs as stipulated in the B.LEAGUE Regulations), as well as games managed by B.Clubs (including cases where management rights are delegated to B.Clubs by the Japan Basketball Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association")) and various events (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Applicable Games, etc."). The purpose is to ensure smooth business operations related to Applicable Games, etc., and to provide Users with a uniformly safe and comfortable spectating environment.
Article 2 (Agreement to These Terms and Conditions)
- 1. Users shall purchase tickets and spectate Applicable Games, etc. only after agreeing to all Terms and Conditions, and those who do not agree shall not be able to purchase tickets or spectate Applicable Games, etc. Users shall agree to all Terms and Conditions before acquiring tickets for or spectating Applicable Games, etc.
- 2. The content of these Terms and Conditions may be changed after prior notification of the intention to change, the content after the change, and the effective date of the change. In such cases, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to all changed Terms and Conditions when acquiring tickets for or spectating Applicable Games, etc. after the effective date of the changed terms.
Article 3 (Spectating Contract)
- 1. When Users wish to spectate Applicable Games, etc. and acquire tickets for Applicable Games, etc., a spectating contract based on these Terms and Conditions is established between the Administrator of Applicable Games, etc. (the Corporation or B.Clubs that have received management rights from the Corporation or the Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") and the Users.
- 2. Users may spectate Applicable Games, etc. only in the seats or locations specified by the tickets.
- 3. Users may enter the venue (hereinafter referred to as the "Arena") and spectate Applicable Games, etc. in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the conditions specified on the tickets, and the "Spectating Rules" and other rules to be observed during spectating as specified and published by the Administrator.
Article 4 (Ticket Sales Conditions)
The Corporation and the Administrator may refuse to sell tickets to persons if it is found that they have engaged in or are suspected of engaging in acts specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Article 7, and Article 8 in the past, or if it is found or suspected that they are associated with antisocial forces (referring to organized crime groups, companies associated with organized crime groups, quasi-organized crime groups (a group equivalent to an organized crime group that collectively or habitually commits violent unlawful acts such as assault and injury), social movement racketeers, political racketeers, specialized intelligence violence groups, and other similar groups, as well as their members, etc.).
Article 5 (Ticket Handling)
- 1. Issued tickets will not be reissued for any reason, including loss of tickets for Applicable Games, etc.
- 2. The resale of tickets for Applicable Games, etc. to third parties (including resale through Internet auctions; the same applies hereinafter), attempts to resell, or providing tickets to third parties for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited. However, this does not apply in cases where: i) tickets are sold based on specific relationships such as family, friends, business partners, or other similar relationships, at a price not exceeding the selling price of the Corporation or the organizer or Administrator of Applicable Games, etc., and is not conducted as a business, or ii) the official resale service provided by the Corporation is used.
- 3. Ticket refunds will not be accepted for any reason except in cases attributable to the Corporation or the Administrator, or in cases that meet the conditions specified by the Corporation or the Administrator.
Article 6 (Instructions for Entry)
- 1. Entry to and exit from the Arena where Applicable Games, etc. are held shall be conducted following the instructions of officers and employees of the Corporation or B.Clubs, operation volunteers, store staff, and other Arena-related personnel (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Operation Staff, etc.").
- 2. If deemed necessary by the Administrator to ensure the safety of Applicable Games, etc. and spectators, the Administrator may request Users to open and present the contents of their clothing, bags, and other belongings, and take any other measures deemed necessary by the Administrator (hereinafter referred to as "Safety Measures") at any time during entry and after entry into the Arena.
Article 7 (Prohibited Items)
Unless permitted by the Administrator, bringing the following items into the Arena is prohibited:
- (1) Explosives, firearms, bladed weapons, batons, clubs, stun guns, sprays, and other dangerous items
- (2) Items that emit strong odors, produce loud volumes that interfere with spectating, or are likely to interfere with other Users' spectating in any other manner
- (3) Bottles, cans, ice boxes, and similar items
- (4) Drums, horns, and other musical instruments

Banners, large flags, standing signboards, curtains, placards, or display items, etc. that the Administrator deems to fall under the following categories:
- a. Items that display or evoke political, ideological, religious principles, claims, or concepts
- b. Items containing discriminatory or insulting content or expressions
- c. Items that are not recognized as having the purpose of supporting or encouraging players or teams
- d. Items that may interfere with the operation of the event
- (6) Pets and other animals (with the exception of guide dogs, hearing dogs, etc.)
- (7) Items intended for excessive seat reservation
- (8) Other items separately specified by the Administrator or the facility measures of the Arena (hereinafter referred to as the "Safety Measures")
Article 8 (Prohibited Acts During Spectating)
The following acts are strictly prohibited when spectating Applicable Games, etc.:
- (1) Any harmful acts, violent acts, intimidating acts, stalking, or other acts of nuisance towards head coaches, assistant coaches, doctors, athletic trainers, players, cheerleaders, referees, table officials, Operation Staff, etc., other personnel related to Applicable Games, etc., and other spectators

Taking photographs and videos inside and around the Arena in the following manners:
- a. Photography that affects the operation of Applicable Games, etc., such as using flash
- b. Photography that appears to be conducted for sexual gratification or purposes other than personal use
- c. Photography of other spectators or Operation Staff, etc. without their consent
- d. Photography or videography that violates other photography conditions set by the Corporation and B.Clubs

Any acts that hinder the smooth operation of Applicable Games, etc. or cause nuisance to other spectators, including:
- a. Rushing onto the court during, before, or after Applicable Games, etc.
- b. Throwing objects
- c. Using flash, devices emitting light beams, or similar items
- d. Heckling, shouting, making strange noises, or excessive cheering
- e. Emitting strong odors from one’s belongings, clothing, or body
- f. Engaging in parties, gambling, mahjong, card games, or other activities that are deemed inappropriate for spectating by the Administrator
- (4) Acts that go against the instructions of Operation Staff, etc., entering prohibited areas, or other acts that hinder the smooth execution of the Administrator’s duties
- (5) General acts of nuisance such as loitering inside or around the Arena, blocking entrances to surrounding stores, roads, Arena passages, etc., making loud noises, shouting, or creating other disturbances
- (6) Reserving more seats than necessary for spectating
- (7) Spectating while heavily intoxicated
- (8) Recording or providing to third parties (including making such information viewable to third parties) by any means (including but not limited to electronic devices, such as mobile phones and smartphones) any information related to game play, or any other aspect (including but not limited to each team's score, number of fouls and timeouts, and each player's scored points, number of fouls, entry/exit, number and success of free throws, match-ups, and play content, etc.) for commercial purposes (including but not limited to use for sports betting). However, this does not apply to information officially released as an official record by the Corporation.
- (9) Commercial activities, religious group proselytizing or solicitation activities, or political group promotional activities inside and around the Arena
- (10) Statements and actions that violate public order and morals
- (11) Other general acts of nuisance and acts that go against the instructions of the Administrator or Facility Manager
Article 9 (Consent Items for Spectating)
When spectating Applicable Games, etc., Users shall agree to and shall not object to the following matters in advance:
- (1) The Corporation, B.Clubs, or those designated by them may film Users' individual likenesses, including banners, flags, and other possessions or creations, inside and around the Arena.

All or part of the footage mentioned in the preceding paragraph (including still images) may be used for the following purpose(s):
- a. Broadcasting of Applicable Games, etc. (regardless of medium, including television and Internet)
- b. Projection on large screen displays and various monitors installed in the Arena
- c. Official media of the Corporation or B.Clubs, etc.
- d. Broadcasting on news programs or related media, etc., produced or approved by the Corporation
- e. Production and sale of videos, merchandise, etc. produced by the Corporation, B.Clubs, or those designated by them (including partner companies)
Article 10 (Measures for Refusal of Entry, etc. and Compensation for Damages)
- 1. If facts specified in Article 4 are found or suspected for Users, or if they engage in or are likely to engage in acts specified in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Article 7, and Article 8, or if they do not comply with the Safety Measures in Article 6, Paragraph 2, or in other cases where the Administrator deems it appropriate to refuse entry, the Administrator may refuse entry to the Arena or order the User to leave. In such cases, already issued tickets will become invalid, and the Administrator may collect such tickets without providing a refund. The Administrator may also notify such Users of future refusal of entry to the Arena.
- 2. If ordered to leave as per the preceding paragraph, the User must promptly exit the Arena, and if they do not comply, the Administrator may take any necessary measures, including forcible measures using reasonable means to remove them from the Arena.
- 3. If a User engages in acts specified in Article 8, resulting in interference with the progress of Applicable Games, etc., damage to Arena facilities, or harm to head coaches, assistant coaches, doctors, athletic trainers, players, cheerleaders, referees, table officials, Operation Staff, etc., other personnel related to Applicable Games, etc., other spectators, or other third parties, the injured party may seek compensation for damages from the person who committed such acts.
- 4. All rights to any footage, images, and information recorded in violation of Article 8, Paragraph 2 or Paragraph 8, or in a manner that infringes on the rights of the Corporation, as well as all footage, images and information derived from these (including adaptations, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Infringing Information") shall belong to the Corporation. Users shall fully cooperate if any action is required to transfer such rights to the Corporation and shall cooperate with the Corporation's exercise of such rights (including but not limited to the deletion of Infringing Information).
Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

The Administrator and Facility Manager shall not be liable for compensation for the following damages suffered by Users, except in cases where such damages are attributable to the Administrator or Facility Manager:

- (2) Damages that occur within the Arena
- (3) Damages arising from the actions of other spectators, such as riots or other disturbances
- (4) Damages arising from Users' actions that violate the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the conditions specified on tickets, the "Spectating Rules" specified and published by the Administrator, other rules to be observed during spectating, or instructions from Operation Staff, etc.
- (5) Damages arising from refusal of entry or forced exit measures as specified in the preceding article
- (6) In addition to the preceding items, damages that occur inside the Arena and its managed areas related to spectating Applicable Games, etc.
- 2. In cases falling under the exception of the preceding paragraph, the scope of damages to be borne by the Administrator or Facility Manager shall be limited to direct and actual damages such as medical expenses and shall not include lost profits or other indirect damages or special damages. However, this shall not apply to damage(s) related to intentional acts or gross negligence of the Administrator or Facility Manager.
- 3. Users must always pay close attention to the whereabouts of players and balls, etc. while spectating Applicable Games, etc., and take sufficient care to avoid suffering any damage(s) themselves.
- 4. In the event that it becomes impossible or difficult to hold Applicable Games, etc. due to natural disasters, outbreaks of infectious diseases or other epidemics, road, rail, or air traffic conditions, government requests for voluntary restraint, or other reasons beyond the control of the Administrator, the Administrator may cancel Applicable Games, etc. at the Arena. In such cases, the Corporation and the Administrator shall not, in principle, be responsible for refunding tickets for the canceled Applicable Games, etc., or transferring them to future Applicable Games, etc.
Article 12 (Jurisdiction)
For disputes arising between the Corporation or the Administrator and Users in the case of handling tickets and spectating Applicable Games, etc., the district court or summary court, having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the Corporation or the Administrator who is a party to the dispute, shall be the agreed upon exclusive court of first instance.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on February 5, 2020.

The changes to these Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on December 1, 2020.

The changes to these Terms and Conditions shall come into effect on July 12, 2022.
